Donating to Moms Mental Matters directly supports mothers who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of motherhood without adequate support. Your contribution helps us provide accessible therapy, free support groups, and maternal mental health education to mothers who may otherwise go without care due to financial, systemic, or social barriers. When you give, you are investing in emotionally healthy mothers, stronger families, and healthier communities—because when moms are supported, everyone benefits.

$1,250 - Covers 6 month maternal mental health therapy session address postpartum depression, anxiety, grief & loss, miscarriage ,birthing trauma , caring for child with disability , chronic or life threatening illness ect.
$5000- Cover Doula services for 1 mother
$840 covers 6 week group therapy for expecting and new mothers
$500- Covers a online birthing education class for 5 women
$250- Covers the cost of 10 mothers to attend a maternal mental health workshop that raises awareness and aids in prevention of maternal mental health disorders
$175- Covers Perinatal Mental health screening for 1 mother
$80- Cover the sliding Scale therapy fee for 1 mother
