Our Mission
At Moms Mental Matters, we aim to equip mothers with the knowledge, tools, and coping strategies necessary to navigate the challenges of motherhood and foster healthier, happier families within our community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to empower and support all mothers in their mental health journey through pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period and beyond.
Our therapy services are provided by licensed therapists who are themselves mothers, bringing not only professional expertise but also lived experience to their care. This unique perspective fosters deeper empathy, understanding, and trust—allowing mothers to feel truly seen and supported in ways that are both clinically effective and personally meaningful.
We are dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and authentic therapy and educational resources for the prevention and treatment of mental health disorders associated with motherhood. Our goal is to promote overall well-being and strengthen families by addressing and treating conditions such as depression and anxiety.Through our safe and supportive environment, we strive to create a community where every mother feels heard, understood, and empowered on her motherhood journey.
